What is the best season to travel to Phnom Penh?

Best Time to Visit Phnom Penh
Cambodia has two main seasons: the rainy season and the dry season. The ideal time to visit Phnom Penh is during the dry season, from November to May, when the weather is cooler, dry, and sunny—perfect for sightseeing and exploring the city’s attractions.
The best months are usually November, December, and January, when temperatures are moderate, ranging from 25°C to 30°C (77°F to 86°F), humidity is lower, and the skies are mostly clear. This makes it perfect for strolling along the riverside, visiting temples, taking river cruises, and enjoying outdoor activities.
While February to May is still part of the dry season, it gradually gets hotter, especially in April and May. The rainy season, from May to October, brings heavy showers and high humidity, which can make travel and outdoor plans less convenient.
